Thank you for your interest in working for our facility! To continue in our hiring process, you’ll need to create an account with OnShift Employ, our application portal, or log into your OnShift Employ account you used to apply.
To Create An OnShift Account and Continue Your Application:
1. Look to the left of your screen on the gray taskbar and click on the blue “LOGIN/SIGNUP” button.
2. Type in the email address you used to apply on Indeed and choose a password.
3. Look to the left of your screen on the gray taskbar. If you are logged in, you will see “Welcome, (Your Name)” at the bottom of the taskbar. If you do not, click on the blue LOGIN/SIGNUP button and log in.
4. On the gray taskbar, click the DASHBOARD tab.
5. Click on the position you are applying for.
6. Click on the green “Complete Application” button to continue the application process.
Do you have an OnShift account from previous job applications?
If you have a previous account with OnShift, make sure it is the associated with the same email as the one used on your application. If not, create a new OnShift account using the correct email.
Log Into Your Account:
1. Look to the left of your screen on the gray taskbar. Click on the blue LOGIN/SIGNUP button.
2. Use the login information (email and password) you used to submit your application.
*Is OnShift asking you to create a new account? You likely used a different email. Input the email used to register for this position. Tip: Go to your mailbox to verify which email address no-reply@employ.onshift.com is sending notifications.
3. Look to the left of your screen on the gray taskbar. If you are logged in, you will see “Welcome, (Your Name)” at the bottom of the taskbar. If you do not, click on the blue LOGIN/SIGNUP button and log in.
4. On the gray taskbar, click the DASHBOARD tab.
5. Click on the position you are applying for.
